• interfere with the servers and equipment used by MrQ.

MrQ owns all right, title, and interest in its Content. If you submit any Content to MrQ, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to publish or modify such Content on MrQ.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

MrQ does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of the Content provided through MrQ. Use of MrQ is at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any damage resulting from reliance on the Content found here.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MrQ against all claims arising out of your use of MrQ, including any losses or expenses incurred in defending such claims.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

MrQ may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of MrQ after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms will be governed by and construed under the laws, excluding its conflict of law principles, and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of any court or tribunal having jurisdiction in relation thereto.
